Deposita, an Allied Universal® Company, is hiring a Project Coordinator. The primary function of the Project Coordinator position is to provide and administer support to the various functions with Deposita. This position will be in charge of assisting the project managers in organizing ongoing projects and managing adds, moves, changes, and decommissions with existing customers. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, and work hours, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensure project deadlines are met
  • Develop project strategies and determine project changes
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Create project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Management related field of study
  • Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience
  • Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel
  • Must possess strong oral, written, and analytical skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management related field of study
  • Five (5) or more years of project management experience
